Safety forces in Kazakhstan say they’ve killed dozens of anti-government rioters in the principle metropolis, Almaty.

Officers say 18 members of the safety forces have been killed in unrest sparked after a gasoline value cap was lifted on Sunday, inflicting prices to double.
